NLPS parents are invited to attend a Parent Session being held on Tuesday, October 30 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Bonnyville Seniors Drop In Centre (4813 - 47 Avenue). This session is open to all parents in the Bonnyville area and will be facilitated by Alberta Health Services staff in collaboration with NLPS Health Consultants. All parents are encouraged to attend and fill their toolbox with strategies to support their adolescent as they navigate tough topics.
Parents are also invited to participate in the following "Parent Coffee Talks" being offered in partnership with the Bonnyville Child and Adolescent Mental Health Collaborative, Supporting Wellness, Bonnyville and District FCSS and the Bonnyville Boys and Girls Club. All of the sessions are being led by registered psychologists from Supporting Wellness and will take place at the Bonnyville Boys & Girls Club (4714 - 48 Street in Bonnyville). The sessions are free and everyone is welcome to attend.

Whitney will discuss the different types of anxiety and how you can support your child.

Thursday, December 6 @ 6:30 p.m.
Genevieve will share strategies and tools to help your child and family cope with busy bodies and busy minds.
