Our Mental Health Team (Student Advocacy Counsellors and SFSK Wellness Coaches) have developed the following resources for our NLPS families:
A great way to enhance compassion in your children is to name your own emotions at home as well as identify the emotions you see your children experiencing. This helps to provide your children with a better understanding of emotions and the different situations in which they may occur. Here is a family roleplay resource you can use at home.
