NLPS Developed Resources
Our Mental Health Team (Student Advocacy Counsellors and SFSK Wellness Coaches) have developed the following resources for our NLPS families:
Optimizing Self-Regulation
As part of our Supporting Student Mental Health Learning Series with Dr. Caroline Buzanko, we shared a video on "Optimizing Self-Regulation."
This resource, developed by our SFSK Wellness Coaches, provides youth with a template to plan and schedule their time.
This resource features fun games that friends or families can do together. These games help enhance executive functions that we do every day such as task initiation, working memory, focused attention, impulse control, problem-solving, task management, and critical thinking.
Regulation Through Routine
