Hey there, amazing parents and students!
As the leaves start to change and the scent of fresh beginnings fills the air, we're excited to delve into September's mental health theme: Self-Reflection and Awareness. This month, let's journey inward to discover the power of self-awareness and the magic of introspection. Here at Cold Lake Outreach we are focusing on this months theme by setting our academic and personal goals by building students skills through daily advisory meetings where short and long term goals are established. Through guided reflection our students are learning important life long skills.
