The focus of our November edition of Wellness Wednesday is on Healthy Relationships. Our work in this area includes everything from conflict resolution and healthy friendships to learning about how to set boundaries and dealing with relationship violence.
This month our Mental Health Team (Wellness Coaches and Student Advocacy Counsellors) has collected activities and resources you can use at home to help your children learn about health relationships.
Healthy Relationships Activities
